Every year I hear so many women worrying that they won’t be able to achieve a ‘flab free’ figure in time for their summer holidays.

Well, this year I have found something that really could help!

Avon’s Solutions Cellu-Sculpt 3X is a targeted firming treatment that helps reduce the look and feel of cellulite in just one week and will make those dreaded dimples look and feel smoothed out.

The new Solutions Cellu-Sculpt 3X is formulated with Lipo-Smooth Technology and it’s this that helps smooth out those dimples and reduce that puffy look that comes with cellulite.  Plus, the gel-cream formula is packed with olive-leaf extract, a known anti-oxidant.

It’s really easy to use: simply dispense some of the gel-cream onto the tri-rollerball massage head, then thoroughly massage the thighs, hips, abdomen and buttocks twice a day using circular movements until the cream is fully absorbed.

Cellulite is an ongoing battle us girls never seem to win. The good news is that this product will make your skin feel more toned, honed and lifted after just one week’s use.  It’ll be the best investment you’ll make this year.  Give your local Avon Representative a shout and get yours now .

Since Lady GaGa sashayed onto the world stage, many of us have gazed in wonder at her outfits and wondered just how she pulls them off.

There's that meaty ensemble, the bizarre head dresses and, of course, the sky scraper heels. But back to those heels, she's worn platforms to yoga (with a willing male to guide her along), towering sparkly creations to the Grammys and a sky high pair of Ruth Davis open toe sandals on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross.

They're artsy accessories that no average woman has ever had to walk in, that is, until now. The more daring amongst us ladies will be interested to know that the Sky Heel, a whopping nine-inch high shoe, is set to hit the high street soon.

If you dare to bring the catwalk to the high street they'll set you back less than $100 (£63) for a pair in either gold or sparkly red. A company spokesperson said: "The trend is bigger, bigger, and bigger – and the Sky Heel is the biggest of them all."

Fashionista Paris Hilton recently completed some of her community service (cleaning windows wearing high heels, which just show that there's room for glamour almost anywhere). Seems like a lot of effort and expense for a few extra inches on your height doesn't it?!

How will we care for feet that are going to be sexily exposed in these creations? The Hindustan Times advised that cracked feet should be soaked in lukewarm water with aroma therapy oil added to soften them and leave them smelling fresh. This sounds good, however, we think your best bet is to contact your local Representative and ask for their advice on how to take care of your feet during this hectic season.

After this, apply soap or shower gel (try Avon Senses Mystique Shower Gel) and use a pumice stone, Planet Spa Dead Sea Minerals Exfoliating Body Scrub or loofah to get rid of all that nasty dead skin, but go gently.

Try patting your feet dry with a soft cotton towel before gently rubbing in a moisturiser (Avon's Foot Works Deep Moisturising Cream is ideal) to keep them looking lovely.

Before bed time, pull on a pair of loose socks to really let the moisturiser soak in.When you wake up the next morning you'll be ready to put on your high heels and practise those Stricty Come Dancing moves!

Any other great tips you would like to share with us?

It's official: festival season is upon us; Glastonbury, Leeds, Reading, Latitude and Download to mention but a few, but the chances are there for you to go out, get a bit grubby and enjoy some fantastic music.

Once you have decided where you want to go and when, the next most important thing to consider is what you're going to take with you – I always seem to see stars such as Kate Moss and Miquita Oliver looking ridiculously good at these types of thing, but the question is how?

Now the answer is most likely that they employ a make-up artist to create that barely-there look, which probably takes hours to create only to leave you looking as though you haven't actually got any make-up on.

Scrap the hours, and think minutes – go for Magix Face Perfector or an extra-long lasting foundation, a brightly coloured lipstick, a few lashings of waterproof mascara and you're good to go.

In my humble opinion, the key to success is limiting what you take, but still having the right amount so that you can look fabulous on very little sleep and at a moment's notice.

Opt for multipurpose beauty essentials, keep your make-up to a lightweight minimum by going for something that can be applied as a lipstick, a blush and an eyeshadow, for example Arabian Glow Multistylo – which gives you sun-kissed skin with the minimum amount of fuss.

And just because you're going to be throwing yourself around in muddy fields does not mean your body should be of the same standard – pack feminine wipes, face wipes and hand santiser to ensure you're always at your cleanest.

Designer Henry Holland offered some style tips for the virgin festival goer: "Don't forget your essentials. Wet wipes and hand santiser are musts. And keep your sunglasses on for the full 48 hours, no one wants to see you in a state."

Wise words Henry. Accessories are also something that needs to be carefully considered; you'll want a funky umbrella (consider Avon's gorgeous Hello Kitty offering), as Henry says extra large sunnies and a compact make-up bag so all your goodies don't end up scattered all over your tent.

Once you've exhausted yourself perusing through Avon's festival beauty store, and of course taken note of my humble offerings, there's only one thing left for me to say: Kate Moss watch out!

What advice would you give to festival newbies?

Summer has many positives; gorgeous tans, the chance to wear clothes to work that wouldn't normally be allowed, splashing out on different makeup trends, yet aside from this there is always the dreaded debate about what 'essentials' to take on holiday with you.

I personally don't have too many issues with what clothes to pack (I'm a stickler for lists and pre-planning), but when it comes to beauty products, all sense seems to go out of the window.

Suddenly I can't predict what the weather is going to be like (though it is sure to be scorching) and I don't know what colour eyeliner will go with that purple dress, so I'm 'best taking all ten colours'.

Now ten may be a slight exaggeration, especially when it comes to eyeliner, but mascara is my downfall and suddenly I can't remember which one works best or which one gives me the longest lashes.

If suitcase weight is not a problem for any of you girls out there, then go the whole hog, take your entire makeup bag (you never know when you'll need that extra lipstick) and seeing as though it's your holiday, splash out and get it packed up into the new overnight bag from Avon in gorgeous polka dot red.

Or don't even use it as your makeup bag, team it with a gorgeous red summer dress, wedge heels and use it as an ever-so-stylish handbag. Either way, it's a summer must-have that is bound to get you noticed.

It's always best to try to spend as much time on your body as on your face – it does need love and attention after all. Scrubs, suncreams and dare I say it, cellulite cream (don't bother paying a fortune, Avon's one at £15 does the job perfectly), should be at the top of the holiday list.

For all your beauty needs Avon has a one-stop Holiday shop, whether it's an SJP-style hat, dry body oil spray or even a gorgeous kaftan. My personal favourite are the Susie Sunglasses, for the classic oversized look for £8 – designers beware!

What are your 'suitcase must-haves' this summer?
